What We Do

Hebei Ourui Textile Technology Co., Ltd. has nearly 20 years of experience in textile manufacturing and export, with its own plant and over 300 sets of machinery. Monthly output: about 3 million meters of fabric and 450 tons of yarn.

Products include 100% cotton, polyester cotton, 100% polyester, polyester viscose fabric and yarn, applied to thobe, suiting, medical, workwear, shirt, pocket and lining fabrics.

It has its own workshop to ensure stable quality and favorable price, R&D personnel for new products and sample analysis (to support quotation), and QC personnel for quality control.

Products are sold to Ecuador, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Ethiopia, Tanzania, etc., with commitment to better customer service.

Quality inspection

From raw materials to the final product, we have a total of 8 quality inspection procedures.

1. Raw material inspection.

2. During the process of producing yarn, quality monitoring is carried out.

3. After the yarn is produced, random inspections and re-inspections are conducted.

4. Produce Gery fabric and conduct quality checks during production.

5. After the manufacturing process is completed, the fabric surface shall be inspected and re-inspected.

6. Fabric dyeing, quality inspection during the dyeing process.

7. After the production is completed, a re-inspection will be conducted.

8. During shipment, recheck the packaging again.
