A prominent garment manufacturer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing in mass-market Men's Thobes, approached our factory with a critical supply chain dilemma.

Permanent Anti-Static Technology
All our fabrics undergo an anti-static treatment as standard to ensure that the thobe drapes straight and elegantly and never clings to the body, even in high-temperature drying conditions of 45°C.
High-Density Air-Jet Weaving (Cotton-Touch)
We use Sirospun polyester yarn on our high-speed air-jet looms. This yarn mimics the loft and softness of natural cotton while retaining the durability of polyester. The resulting fabric feels cool and breathable to the touch, with a rich, luxurious drape that rivals that of high-end Japanese brands.
Double-Dip Optical Brightening System
To solve the yellowing issue, we implemented a "High-Temperature Curing" whitening process using premium German-imported Optical Brightening Agents (OBA). This ensures the fabric maintains its brilliant "Bluish-White" or "Cream-White" shade for over 2 years of storage, resisting UV degradation.
